* The L.A. Express - was an American jazz-pop ensemble formed in 1973 as the backing band for jazz saxophonist Tom Scott.
The original lineup included:
Max Bennett - bass;
John Guerin - drums and percussion;
Larry Carlton - guitarist;
Joe Sample - keyboards.
The latter two were also members of the group The Crusaders.
** ODE (Ode Records) - a record label, started by Lou Adler in 1967.
*** Credited as "Pattie + Eric Clapton" but they are not performing on the album. This was a joke added by Harrison as a reference to his ex-wife Pattie Boyd leaving him for Eric Clapton.
The following misprints are observed:
— | The surname of Klaus Voormann is indicated as Voorman with one letter "n" at the end (on the back cover in "Ding Dong, Ding Dong" song credits). |
• | Correct - Voormann. |
— | In different places is different spelling of the song "BYE BYE LOVE" (on the label no comma). |
• | Correct - BYE BYE, LOVE (with coma). |
— | In different places is different spelling of the song "MAYA LOVE" (there is no tilde on the label above the letter A - a wavy line). |
• | Correct - MÂYA LOVE (with tilde). |
EMI "Music For Pleasure".
* The L.A. Express -
Макс Беннетт - бас;
Джон Герен - ударные и перкуссия;
Ларри Карлтон - гитарист;
The Crusaders.
** ODE (Ode Records) -
Voormann. |
• | Правильно - MÂYA LOVE (с тильдой). |
