This album is an experimental work comprising two lengthy pieces performed on a Moog 3-series synthesizer. It was one of the first electronic music albums by a rock musician, made at a time when the Moog was usually played by dedicated exponents of the technology. Harrison subsequently introduced the Moog to the some Beatles' recordings.

Harrison began recording the project on Apple Records in Los Angeles in November 1968. 'No Time or Space' comprises an edit of a Moog demonstration given there by Bernie Krause, an American synthesizer exponent and Moog salesman. Once his own Moog system had arrived in England in February 1969, Harrison recorded the second piece, 'Under the Mersey Wall', at his home in Surrey.

The cover artwork of album was taken from a painting by Harrison. The front cover shows Krause operating the Moog console, while the back depicts Derek Taylor at Apple office.

This LP for the first time was released in the UK on May 9, 1969. In 1996 record was reissued.

Album again remastered from the original analogue master tapes for vinyl release in 2017 as part of 'The Vinyl Collection' box set and as separate LP. In 'The Vinyl Collection' box-set this album located in clear plastic bag with adhesive tape. Records that sold as separate is factory sealed in shrink wrap with additionally has an individual sticker [see Pic. 1].

Цей альбом є експериментальною роботою, що складається з двох довгих фрагментів, виконаних на синтезаторі серії Moog 3. Це був один із перших альбомів електронної музики рок-музиканта, зроблений у той час, коли на синтезаторі Moog зазвичай грали нечисленні прихильники цієї технології. Надалі Гаррісон задіяв Moog під час запису деяких бітлівських композицій.

Гаррісон почав записувати проект у студії Apple Records у Лос-Анджелесі в листопаді 1968 року. Дизайн і зміст альбому являють собою точну репліку оригінального релізу. Вінілова платівка знаходиться в стандартному захисному внутрішньому пакеті (див. Мал. 2].
